Please stop setting default /all chat to off in a new patch

2 patches go by and I'm now a pro at hunting through a horrible scrolling ui that doesn't ever show me what I want to do. Plus it's only available in game which leaves much to be desired 'cuz I don't want to start a game with myself just to do those changes. Please stop setting the default option for cross-team chat to off. please read what we have currently selected and use that. Thanks
