Riot can you finally admit you messed up with the Ryze rework and just revert him

So in patch 9.12 riot reworked ryze in order to make the champ easier to balance between pro play and solo que. In doing so they got rid of most of his mechanics in favor of being an eq bot. This rework is not only hated by every single ryze main, but has again infuriated most league players. Well, six months later it's obvious that the goal the balance team set out to accomplish has failed. Ryze is not only extremely relevant in pro play again, but he is no easier to balance between pro and competitive. In fact his presence at worlds was actually higher this year than last year. Currently his win rate sits at around 46% (similar to his pre 9.12 days) after a slight nerf to his base q, and he is no closer to being removed from pro play. This new win rate is a 2% drop form last patch, and shows how, unlike the previous iteration where he was insulated from nerfs through the existence of legit mechanics, the slightest nerfs hit his solo que hard without changing his relevance to pro play. By giving the machine gun mage aoe damage he is now pretty much pick ban in the pro meta. It's time Riot reverts the champ to his shield boi days and sets out to balance him from there. Not only will this please literally anyone who plays the champ but will also solve the issue of ryze now being a hard carry 1v9 champ at 3 items while also requiring 1 IQ to actually play effectively. Rito pls no one wants ryze in his current iteration just do the right thing and revert him it saves you the trouble of reworking him yet again.
