It is so sad to see people only placing single digit of ward per game

I think it's ok that rito had reduced leveling time to half, but to compensate that a better tutorial need to be made. So many new lv30 players have no idea what some important features in the game are.(wards, objectives, etc)

Really sick of seeing people with 5 wards placed in a game.
