There needs to be something in place so that when you select the champ you wish to play your team cannot ban said champ. Just had 2nd ranked game where my team bans the champ i wanted then proceeds to be toxic towards me all game then askes enemy team to report me because i lost lane... bronze logic is AIDS
It's stuff like this that makes me question why people say bronze isn't elo hell. This happens a lot more than people realize.

Dang, it really sucks when that happens!
However, I don't really think that Riot will make that change, because sometimes the person who is last pick could want a champion that is highly contested and likely to get picked by the enemy team.
That aside, lobbying for reports against a player is considered harassment, and you can report players for that. If you didn't report your teammates after the game you can still submit a support ticket with summoner names and an explanation of what happened. Riot support will likely review the case.
