Do people never check the champion update schedule ?

Just curious cause i've seen alot of people saying riot doesnt want to rework yorick and that riot hate yorick lol ... people saying that riot doesnt want to do anything with warwick and ryze .. check this ---> https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884 and see by yourself that riot is working on them right now..
