Small tip for noob ADCs and Supports

You want to either push lane level 1 to get level 2 before them or match their pushing so that you get level 2 at the same time as them. It's amazing how much opposition to this I'm getting in silver. It's a very easy way to avoid getting level 2 all in'd.
