Crit Jungle Enchantment
First of all, I know that there aren't many jungle champions in the game that utilize critical strike because most of the champions that do are marksmen. .. Not many marksmen junglers, .. but this works in a unique way, so hear me out please.
First problem, .. This almost has to build out of Zeal unless they introduce another 900-1100 gold item that gives critical strike chance. Zeal costs 1300, which would make this a slightly more expensive build path, .. but the final item would probably be cheaper to compensate.
The final item would of course need to have more than +15% attack speed and/or +15% critical strike chance .. I would actually leave the final values up to Riot here.
My idea that makes this an interesting Jungle item is the passive.
Killing Large monsters, and Epic monster or enemy champion takedowns grants a stack of SHARPENED (Placeholder name for passive). SHARPENED lasts for up to 2 minutes. New stacks refresh the cooldown. Up to 5 stacks.
SHARPENED - Basic attacks against enemy champions have 100% critical strike chance and consume a stack of SHARPENED.
This idea actually stems from the existence of Stormrazor. It requires / rewards a jungler for clearing jungle monsters, but it actually sort of discourages full crit builds, .. which again, isn't a common thing for jungle champions anyways.
The stack fall-off and count might need to be adjusted for balance, and / or the critical strike damage output could be adjusted or scale with level or additional critical strike chance.
For clarity .. the "Killing Large monsters, and Epic monster or enemy champion takedowns" is worded a little strangely for a reason. I intended them to be separate things. You must get the kill on Large monsters, but you only need to assist in killing Epic monsters and champions. (Epic monster takedowns only count if your team gets the buff)
