i havent seen this item in months, only time some1 actually buys it when they gotta get rid of their boots.

its because its very situational and soloQ noobs dont adapt to situations.
The ad is too little and bork is better for champions who scale with AS
I buy it if snowballing as

I feel like Zephyr will be an item that gets updated with the ADC changes.
