Sion lvl 1 Executed Not Showing up?

When I'm jungling and a camp kills me the enemy team is notified that I've been executed. How come when Sion does his lvl 1 camp start and dies, it doesn't say he has been executed? I try to use that as a gauge for where he is in the map, but without being notified like you are when ANYONE else dies from jungle, I'm just confused. Is this intentional?
