Problem with the ARAM map

Basically when I play the Aram map my FPS would randomly dip to 10-30 fps and normal FPS on that map is roughly 70-90. The problem will happen roughly 3 mins every 10 mins. When a team fight happens my game will start stuttering and freeze. When I play normal Summoners Rift my computer runs just fine with no problems with the FPS drop. So my question is.
