So why on earth has everyone been getting really unbalanced teams? Gbay recently said that he's been seeing people that aren't even level 30 yet in his games. In my games I get laned against bloody platinums, diamonds, teams of high gold, etc. I've been tolerating this for a long time. it's caused several losing streaks. And I know its these unbalanced teams that are causing it because of useful websites like lolnexus. How is having a bronze Blitzcrank against platinums bot lane fair? or even a GP who decides to go AP JG; he gave no support to team fights or map pressure at all; "Stop taking my farm" "it's 30 minutes into game, go do something more useful". I can only stay non-toxic for so long. Why should I be punished for playing the game and never getting a single report.

This brings me to my next question, there has to be some sort of hidden ELO in normal games, right? Because ever since I hit 85 wins over my loses, I've been getting the most unfair teams ever. It's pains me to see 3 or more enemies with the same ranked tag. It pains me to have incompetent team members who legitimately can't clear jungle fast enough because they go AP JG Gangplank. It pains me to watch my team mates essentially walk into the enemy team because they don't space themselves from the enemy. It pains me to watch syndras literally incompetent to use abilities; it's like watching a sitcom where they hesitate back and forth until they end up getting crushed by a full team. Perhaps Riot should bring back the report unskilled players, but rework it to say "why is this person in this game? Everyone is Plat 4 and this guy is Silver 5" to re-position players into their correct fields, particularly for normals. However I know ranked has been seeing some bogus team members also.
