Keeping Draft Mode: Create option for new accounts to unlock 450IP champions early after creation
Title. Honestly, I don't really see why this would be the reason for removing Draft since champions aren't hard to unlock, but since we're here...
Keeping Blind Pick and removing Draft Pick is the complete opposite of how the game should move forward. If the problem is that new accounts shouldn't have to wait until they unlock 10 champions (+10 free week) to play Draft Normals, then create an opportunity for them to unlock cheaper champions early in the account life.
It could be a simple "Would you like to unlock 
? You need X champions unlocked to play against other players!" when you first make the account, or offer a select group of 450IP champion at a reasonable discount (like 50-75% off) for the first couple weeks after account creation.
Now new accounts can still participate in Draft Pick relatively early, allowing Blind Pick to be the mode to get the axe as it should have been. If its a smurf account and they don't want to own the champions, they can choose to decline the offer.
