wtf is this skarner `thing`

no one plays him after hotfixes and nerf nerf nerf since juggernaut patch ,yet AD ratio reduced to 33 / 35 / 37 / 39 / 41 % from 33 / 36 / 39 / 42 / 45 %.

reduce the damage more of a champion who cant even do dmg ,just run into them get kited to death and melted

useful for melee supress and thats about it

under 2% popularity ,its clear your rework was a total fail if even less than before play him

and this was like what?... 2nd rework ,yet none plays him ,like he wouldnt be in game
