@Riot any plans for morrellelicon

You put GW on an item of adcs that applies on every aa so now the passive of is now useless. If a team needs GW the adc will just get it since its better on every aa than on targets below 40% health. And with the increased cost and removal of mana pots there doesnt seem to be a reason to choose it over . It need something new to make it useful/ worth buying
