If certain missions can only be completed as a premade

Then why are people allowed to queue up solo in flex queue and be eligible for the same rewards. Its a ranked mode based around the concept of premade groups yet it doesn't face the restrictions for its rewards if done solo. If your going to do that to missions then you can't half ass it and not apply it to the rest of game's principles.
