A Team Builder Proposition

Hi Everyone! Hear me out on this one,

I've been reading through the forum pretty much every day since the release of the new champion select and I've been trying to come up with an Idea so everyone would be happy and I think I might have found one.

The new champion select is perfect for draft and ranked play no doubt about it. But a lot of people enjoy playing a singular role with a singular champion without the struggle of waiting for picks and bans. I think combining elements from teambuilder and the new champ select to create a new blind pick would be an amazing compromise.

Basically you have 6 options for the new TB/Blind Pick: Top, Jungle, Mid, Marksman, Support and Fill (And Riot... Only one, not two, not 1.5 One role). It will be blind pick just like the team builder. But you would pick a hover champion much like in the new champion select BEFORE you queue. So for example you were planning on playing Renekton top but you see that you have a Yasuo mid which will give you the option of changing to perhaps a Malphite to add more synergy. That is one thing I disliked about teambuilder that when you join a team, you see the comp but you feel like you should change champions if it were a possibility.

So for summoners rift there would be 3 modes:

• Teambuilder/Blind pick whatever you want to call it
• Draft Normals
• Ranked

For the more competitive people who want to practice in normals for ranked you queue up for Draft normals. For the casual players go into Team Builder. And of course for all you competitive fanatics go into ranked.

If you think Riot should consider this idea make sure to up-vote it so they might see it! Because I think this is a great idea to make everybody get what they want!
