Can somebody give me a list of drain tanks in the game?

Anyone who can build with single-target dps, along with some innate kit healing and room for a Spirit Visage.

Then there are some who don't even bother building lifesteal/vamp items because the healing is trivial compared to what's in their kits:

Disclaimer: Obviously, most of these aren't actual "tanks" in a team comp, but they are "drain tanks" in the sense that dueling them means they kill you as they heal off all your incoming damage.

At current it's Vladimir. He's the only true drain tank. Other than that, it's proven to be such an unhealthy play mechanic that they've been hard pressed to make more.

Anyone can be a drain tank because anyone can build lifesteal and attack speed.

Why?
