Opinions on the demolish rune?

A few patches before pre-season riot buffed turrets by 300hp if I'm not mistaken. Pre-season comes in and riot throws the demolish rune which deals 30% of your maximum hp as bonus physical damage to towers. I suppose this means that tanks and bruisers are going to be using this rune more than any other class.

I just wanted to see if people are thinking like me when it comes to that rune. And my opinion is that I don't like it. I don't like the idea of tanks being able to burst towers down. I've seen a use that rune and half health a tower with it. The reason I don't like it is because it encourages split pushing on champions that are most valuable in teamfights.
