Crittlesticks Viable again?

So recently I've been thinking about playing fiddlesticks as an ad carry. I figure with all the adc item updates and the new masteries he must at least be more viable than he was in season 5, right? I doubt he could ever be meta, but I'm just curious about whether its possible. Also, what do you think would be an optimal build for him?
