Kai'Sa's Void Seeker
Void Seeker is lackluster. It needs...something. On the public beta board it was suggested it ignore minions (I won't reiterate here; use the link provided if you want to read that post). Personally, I'm fine with it hitting minions; it IS a skillshot, afterall, and one should use - well - SKILL to hit the intended target.
However, it's what happens once it does hit that leaves me feeling the skill is not very useful; mediocre damage, a couple stacks of Plasma which likely won't be capitalized upon as the target will stay out of range until they wear off, a cooldown reduction if it hits a champ (on what is already a long cooldown). Meh, not impressed.
My suggestion for making Void Seeker more useful as well as befitting Kai'Sa's role as a long-range markswoman who then rapidly closes with her target is this:
For each stack of Plasma, target is slowed for 0.25/0.50/0.75/1.00/1.25 seconds.
(With a flat slow percentage regardless of stacks; 35% seems a reasonable, middle-of-the-road amount compared to other champs' slow abilities. At minimum target is slowed 1/4 of a second, at maximum they are slowed for 5 seconds once Void Seeker is upgraded to full and the target has 4 stacks of Plasma.)
OR
For each stack of Plasma, target is slowed by 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%.
(With a flat slow duration regardless of stacks; 2 seconds seems a reasonable, middle-of-the-road amount compared to other champs' slow abilities. At minimum target is slowed by 5%, at maximum they are slowed by 60% once Void Seeker is upgraded to full and the target has 4 stacks of Plasma.)
Regardless of which option is chosen Void Seeker retains all of its other attributes; the exception being a possible reduction in damage as a tradeoff for the new slowing effect.
