Just a question.

What does it take for someone who didn't do anything wrong to get punished if they don't use chat? For example: Someone has had three-four bad games, no kills, averaging around 15 deaths in each game, no towers, low creep, and all-in-all just has a terrible terrible day on League. They are Falsely reported each game for "Intentional feeding" (There really needs to be some text under intentional feeding says: If player did NOT do it on purpose, this report will be false, and inaccurate.) How many before they are punished unjustly?
