Illaoi should be able to destroy her own tentacles

Illaoi's tentacle are cool, and part of her kit is being able to place tentacles more or less where you want on the map, to have a zoning advantage basically. But you only have limited control on where you can position them given that the passive activate on it's own based on a timer. So giving us the ability to kill a "bad" tentacle to position a better one would be appreciated
