CDR itemisation

Anyone think CDR is too accessible since S6..especially on the ap/support role?

I mained Diana before the abyssal/Zhongya change, been struggling since they put CDR into it cuz every single standard range Mage is building it.

Before the range mage has to choose between getting CDR items (morello/grail) or the defensive-ap ones (zhongya/abyssal)

now they can easily get 20% CDR with these defensive-ap items along with ROA...which make them somewhat tanky and hard to kill while still be able to abuse their range and spam abilities.

I'm not asking for more nerfs with the ap items but ap bruisers really need some help.
