Lower Tiers - More Bans

Hey guys,

I've been playing ranked this season and I'm horrified by the lower tiers, there are about 10 champions that dominate play, the worst part is bronze and silvers generally don't know how to counter them. But there's so many to ban the others get picked and dominate. Lee sin, Aurelion, LeBlanc, Shyvana, Udyr, Vayne, Malphite, Mundo, Zed, etc all commonly strong picks that mostly win games. I feel there needs to be more bans for them as it's hard to carry a team when a Yi presses r and gets a penta.
