Speed attack lulu?
I havent try full speed attack lulu before.
On what rate is it? 1 being weak, 10 being broken.

It will be better when 
buffs come off PBE.
its knows as machine gun lulu
and its not great ... you hit alot but not for a lot of damage
I can hurt like a truck if you do it right. I prefer using nashor's tooth and wit's end as my only atk spd items. Hextech gunblade for the ap+life steal.
