About the current stage of Lee See

Riot pls, can you somehow buff his ult damage back again like you did in patch 7.9? (Or around that time I don't really remember). Since you guys nerf his base movement speed and his R cooldown, he is, IMO, irrelevant to pick up again. The proof is he is now no more to be seen in LCS, and the current tank meta is just too much for an early game champ like him to keep up in the late game. I know I am a little biased here when asking for a buff on my most favorite champ in the game, but tbh I think it's a little unfair for lee players to get this much nerf, to feel confident to play him in this tank meta.
