Playing adc is like praying for 40 minutes that your team doesn't feed and that you don't come into contact with another champion, let alone a tank. only 1 of those would be consider a tank and thats
jungle 1-10 
2 would be considered tanks
mid
no tanks
BOT

close would be blitz , he is more of a fighter then tank , same as trundle
so out of the top 10 win % of champs in all 5 roles we have 3 real "TANKS"
then uninstall now and go play dota
and as far as is concerned he is 49th in win rate top with a win % of 46.06% and a pick rate for 27th at 2.75%
has the 41st win rate top at 47.73% and pick rate of 2.77% for 26th
so the two big bad oppressive top lank tanks are well below 50% in win rate

I wouldn't recommend you play HoTS then.
Some of the tanks can last 5+ seconds with all 5 people attacking them.
The point is these won't be all the changes
