Give us a free teleport if we do not connect in time to game?

Be nice if we do not connect to game in time to not have to wast 1min walking to tower as we all ready are late. If we leave are base the free teleport is gone. Free Teleport is given to those who are still in base at the 1:45+ sec mark.
