A question to ADC mains

I fall down in late game with this new season and runes, or the buffs to certain champs. I mean, I most of the time win my lane, but in late game the champions like jarvan, vi or lee etc just one shots me even before I react to their movements. What kind of a strategy I need to not fall in late game and become useless for my team. or do I need to build different items? I mean, more defensive items instead of going full AD build. What should I do?

Well usually for me when im playing against someone brain dead like wukong and it gets to the late game you have two options. You could buy a GA, or you can play the twitch strategy. The twitch strategy is you wait for the fight to start then come in when you see that the threat has used its mobility so then youre basically free to auto attack the threat and it cant do anything

Well depending on the enemy you could get one of the many diverse defensive items that don't take away your AD (Ninja Tabi included) but what I mostly do is just sit and wait till the person killing me targets someone else.

If your falling off as an adc in this meta you must be doing something wrong, Adc's are pretty strong with a. Few exceptions, if your getting one shot by a lee late game they are full ad or you are running into their fountain, position better so vi and j4 can't reach you with their combo, if you are there's no way a j4 and vi should be able to ONESHOT and get past your whole team.

Also if your teammates are dying they are soaking up cool downs you should take advantage of that depending on whoever you play

A good chunk of it is being aware of the enemies locations and being very careful. Some fights you may need to just wait until the threat on their team has used their important cooldowns for you to go in. Also learn to use your maximum range as and learn to kite. Your range is your best defense.

That's a lot of answers for those questions, but to put it in a nutshell look at the enemy team comp and always play safe because you're the most valuable team player (Attack Damage CARRY)
