It's because they aren't being punished. The ADC went fucking leblanc ADC bot lane last game and I'm silver1 and get her in my game. Just because she's gold. Why? Why is the game set up like this? I've been struggling to get to gold 5 and she's already in it rocking a 40% winrate and going strong. Please Riot work on your punishing system because reports clearly don't work for Ranked.
