Extreme unbalance Found

After weeks of playing ranked, I have noticed that Brand has literally no damage. Brand is super terrible, and I'm playing at a pretty high level of play - Silver 2. I find that he is just useless, his passive doesn't even deal any damage! Riot, please buff him, I think he needs it! You should buff the items he buys too, and create new items for him too since he is so bad!
