lissandra does well, also since he doesnt have a silence anymore most burst mages that can burst him when he jumps on them
You shouldnt' be looking for counters, you should be looking to win with champs you like playing. I'll play Karma or Ahri into anything, because i've played them so much.
But, if you need some: Malz counters every mid laner lol. If your only concern is killing someone 1v1, there are few people better. Zed can go even in that 1v1 very easily Yorick will beat the fuck out of him in lane Morde if you get ur hextech and then hourglass. Easy laning and easy kills on talon Pantheon is good in lane against pretty much every AD and can easily kill him 2x before 6 or at least poke him out of lane. Start flask. Diana plays into him if you rush hourglass. You can start cloth and pots then get a doran's on ur first back and a seeker's on ur 2nd. Not super easily, but you do more damage than talon.
ANNNND literally any ap mage prior to 6. Build an hourglass.
Kayle and Malz are kind of strong counters.
