Show which dragon is not spawning in champ select

So since there can only be 3 types of dragons per game why dont just show which one is not spawning in champ select. This way teams could pick around that not being affected that much by random elements. This would have a much greater affect on pro play than soloq but it'd be nice in ranked games anyways.
