Logs Of Lag
So apparently im not the only one who has lag spikes, yet i cant get an explanation of why does this happen and until when.

Log into your router by typing either 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (there may be a sticker on your router telling you which) and find somewhere to ping test. This will tell you if you're having a very high ping and/or packet loss. If you're having packet loss contact your ISP and ask them about it.
