Burst Meta Is Still Here With Few Changes In Sight

When are we going to be playing the game where some classes and roles aren't devolved into Assassins and pseudo-Assassins? Or Burst Mages and Anti-Burst Mages? That's the game right now you know? Mobile burst with a tad bit of crowd control.

I don't think damage is too high. I think there just isn't any good defensive options this patch.
