Normal games? Language ravage?

why some piece of self-important Dimond players really like to attack lower rank people? Is that because they think they are high-level people in the game so they can do whatever they want? Everyday in the normal Blind pick, i will meet at least one player who is platinum or even higher use really bad language to attack other team mates even they have been expressed sorry. For this situation, is the blind pick really fair that silver players will get the fight by Dimond face to face? They already fail the line then they still need to get hurt for team mates?
