hecarim seems a bit overtuned right now.

i hope we dont enter season 7 with him still being the horseman of freelo. his e is doing far too much damage right now and he synergizes so much better with colossus than he did sota.

personally id just like to see maybe his e scaling nerfed a tad along with base auto damage reduced. not many things feel as unstoppable as a hecarim with an early triforce.
