Patch notes seem underwhelming...

I will withhold judgement until I see how the changes actually impact the game, but I was truly hoping to see some less subtle changes to certain things. I can respect taking a measured approach, but he current state of the game makes low elo ranked games an exercise in masochism. I am really hoping that the changes to snowballing at least bring the game to a more enjoyable state for those of us who don't want to play deathmatch style every single game.
