Jungler Item for Nidalee

I tried out Nid for the first time jungle, and really liked it. Her wave clear once she's up a few levels is awesome since in cougar form she is manaless. The game went horribly though as each lane needed help and I got behind, and didn't help that the Urgot was verbally abusing me and the whole team. I was able to pick some kills up, even got a double, and had a decent score until Gnar thought it was funny to keep focusing me and dive me at full health, and stun me like crazy. I got with runeglaive, and loved the healing it gave me clearing camps. Is it better to get runeglaive on her or devourer with lich bane? Please let me know and if you have any other insights I would appreciate it.
