Kog is still rarer than like 7 other adcs. He's totally not the ultimate tank buster with mixed %hp (with botrk) damage on each hit. Vayne has base true damage for squishies, kog has no base magic damage.

Yeah ok "tank meta". Good thing vayne was actually not the most popular champ when it really was a tank meta (cinderhulk), cause it's a devourer meta now. Actual tanks can lock down vayne and have their team destroy her.

The tank meta has been over for quite awhile.

Just like the ADC, it's good to have at least one tank on your team at a time, but four tank teams are but a myth. Vayne is just... too good right now.
