lets look at lucian for a minute
lucian is harder to kill than graves now. and no am not exaggerating this piece of shit 
builds 
and he can 1v1 assassins better than tanks and bruisers. he can pretty much 1v1 anyone that isn't a dulest. and thats pretty ridiculous considering hes the best skirmishing adc in the game. and it doesn't seem like he falls off because how many god damn times to games ever get to late game. not to mention who the fuck plays hyperscaling ad carries anymore.
the most disgusting thing in the game right now is this. not lee sin. the dude has 50% playrate and 53% winrate.
that 1% off cleaver isn't gonna do anything. also a lot of champions building it. none of them but lucian is statistically insanely op.
ranged bruiser assassin adc is what he is. Look I played lucian multiple times . and you can kill squishies just as fast as 
would with just a

lucian double dipped on botrk buffs. because his passive applies on hit twice. NOT ONLY THAT. but they increased the second auto's ad ratio. and botrk got its ad increase.
but lets complain about lee sin because that dude sure can carry games in anything under diamond /s.
we all hate 
being the "best duelist adc" in the game. but that isn't even true anymore. until late game that is. lucian is fucking absurd and am shocked that he isn't being talked about here.
