you know at first after seeing numerous vayne QQ threads i thought people have learned about true dmg but when we saw fioras release nah she is way to weak so we ask riot to buff a champion with true dmg because why not?amirite? before people learned to play her she was hotfixed in less then 2 weeks and now look at the chaos that has come of it
