Demolition Mastey is Broken( Runes Reforged )

I think that Demolition mastery is realy strong 375 dmg to towers is too much .. pick a lane bully and start destroing towers or even the 2 botlanes send to base their opponents and take tower intantly.Every laner can do that and take towers like 6 mins in the game solo after a gank if a jungler has it too.Triple Demolition in a bot tower (with jungler) or 4 with a midlaner gank.. Imagine how strong is this. Its on a minute cd .. so low . In my opinion it should scale with level and/or be melee only or something ... or it has low base damage and high BONUS Hp Ratio Thanks a lot i hope my voice will be heard
