New Champions

So I'm obviously not alone in saying (The previous 3,000 board posts), Both Neeko and Sylas are too weak. Both champions are, "Out play" champions. Very cool abilities, new ideas, fresh content. Yet... I feel like with the overload of mechanics given to both champions, there just isn't enough there for them to compete in this meta. We've seen flashes of out of meta content in LCS, Nunu for example, yet if you look at every league sporting event, you can narrow down each lane to top 5 picks and thats where every lane will go. What are those top picks? Well too much damage to be passed over. Not for Neeko or Sylas. Give Neeko's root the range of lux's root and give her ult the shield back. Give Sylas a rework already, because he needs it. This metas items arent right for him. He just feeds 1-10 or 1-25.
