Packet Loss in NA

I went into a premade ranked flex game, and we all started getting packet loss at the same time. We're all on different networks, so I have reason to believe it's serverside. I asked the enemy team if they were getting this as well, and they said yeah. Is anyone else getting this issue or was it just that game in particular?
