Preseason Failed it's Job

Prior to preseason, the reworks of the Juggernauts, Fiora, and Gangplank put the game in a deep mess balance wise. The 6 were pretty much perma banned every game and they took what felt like forever just to be nerfed. All of this had taken place right before worlds. After worlds preseason began and riot went crazy reworking an entire class of marksman, introducing AD items, and changing up old ones a little bit. This is where the problem arose. AD items were just mathematically stronger than AP items, which had gotten severely nerfed in preseason, some reworked items (rageblade and frost queens) became way too powerful and abused on champions that it should have never been used on, as well as some extremely strong marksman that got strong enough to the point where ADC's aren't even being played just bot anymore.

All of this is fine, I understand that preseason is supposed to be a time where drastic changes are made and that the game is going to shift dramatically. But nothing happened. Riot left the game in an unbalanced state with only few changes. There's still significant issues that just haven't seen an actual fix.

Marksman like Graves and Miss Fortune are still extremely strong and outclass almost every adc Keystones still lack diverstiy as Thunderlords is the only viable one with a few exceptions Frost Queen's Claim is being abused by mid laners Vision is still lacking because of the changes to wards And Rageblade is still way too strong for what it's designed to be

But this is breaking some champions like Jax who just scale way too well with the items now, but they don't need nerfs, the items do.

I wish more time and effort was put into this preseason and they made the changes that were needed, not dance around the real issues hoping we would forget. All of the preseason issues are on top of the balance issues like the juggernauts that were released before preseason. (All juggernauts aren't broken, only ones that still have issues are Darius and Morde is still not what he should be)

This isn't me whining about how I want X items nerfed and X champions nerfed. This is about me saying that preseason completed the complete opposite of what it was trying to do. Balance is a mess, so many things need changes and Riot is moving too slow when theres so many issues that need fixing. I just don't think that it was a smart idea to add all of these changes at once if they can't manage all of it.
