Can we Stop Doing Huge Updates and Hear Out the Community?

A lot of changes have been happening in League recently and it feels like whenever the community says they want something changed the response for a while has been: 'It is on our list to do but it is extremely low priority and we may not get to it any time soon.' This has been going on since the assassin update it would seem. They would put off things the community wanted for quality of life because they were doing the class updates, then when those finished and we thought they might get to some of it, they roll out the client update. That finished and then immediately the pre-game update was announced. All these features are nice and generally good for the game, but it's getting rather annoying at this point.

Riot has still not announced any plans for Rengar changes, lethality changes helped a bit, but he still doesn't feel as threatening as his thematic suggests he should be, nor does playing him give you the thrill of the hunt it should, heck Warwick and the Bounty Hunter Runes do that better now. Mordekaiser still has a huge bug list, and it keeps growing. The death recap still makes absolutely no sense. Turrets still feel too weak, you shouldn't have only a 25% chance of survival in a 2v1 tower dive just because one of them is a tank. There needs to be something to fix that situation at least (maybe tower shots splash off champs, maybe they change target if so much damage was dealt by then, maybe it shoots another projectile besides on its target when so much damage is dealt to a champion, maybe it ramps up for %max health damage as it shoots). ADC feels very binary right now, you either carry hard, or you are absolutely useless, there's no going even anymore. Item sets still have a cap on them and you still can't sort the list of item sets. ARAM champ select still has a bug where you can't see if you can trade or not at times. Wukong has been ignored for the longest time. Nunu Bot is still missing the only visual effect he has. They still haven't brought back public chat. Warwick still has a bug on his Q where occasionally it will attach, but not go behind them. Level emotes and champion mastery level crests are too expensive, 3250BE for a mastery 6 crest and 3900 for a mastery 7? They want us to spend 7150BE on mastery crests, which are supposed to show off an achievement we EARNED. That's more than the champion's cost and it completely detracts from any feeling of achievement. 1500BE and 2000BE would be much fairer assuming they want it to still be higher than using a champion shard, but 2x the cost when not using a shard is just wrong, but its supposed to be an achievement and thus shouldn't be an money grab in the first place. For the level emotes they went and made it so we have to dump 2500BE into it (level 40) which is again ridiculous to have to do that for something they're "trying" to give us as an achievement, but then you notice on top of that we were only given 2000BE at that level, so we net lose BE at that level for an achievement! Do we really get champions faster with the new system now that Riot hopped up the champion mastery prices and added emote prices? While on the topic of pre-season updates, what about the value of hextech chests bought with RP? They now aren't worth their RP value unless you want to reroll for random skins, which no one wants to do 100% of the time. If I get a shard for a skin I like in a hextech chest I bought, I want it to be worth my money to upgrade it. Minions switching targets is another thing people have been asked to get looked at forever, as well as minion block. Pathing when you click on a wall has needed to be looked at forever, it makes it unnecessarily difficult to flash correctly sometimes. Tenacity needs to be redone to make sense, there's currently no telling which tenacity is additive, and which is multiplicative. The ranked system still needs to be fixed, it is fair to no one that you can grind up to high ranks without skill. Critical strike is still one of the arguably worst stats in the game due to it's feels bad rng damage steroid.

There's still so much more than this that the community has complained about in the last year, but has just been ignored or put off because Riot is busy with something else. New issues, of course, are still popping up in the meantime, like Syndra's now growing bug list. What do you think of all these issues and what did I miss?
