Random suggestion for Sunfire

Just something random I came up with, it's probably not a good suggestion either.

• Increase the radius of Sunfire based on bonus health, similar to Iceborn Gauntlet.

• DoT now has an execute threshold for minions to make it easier to last hit with it.
