Fiora infinite dash needs to go.

At a certain point in every game I play against a Fiora, she will reach a point where she can seemingly dash infinitely, getting away from-or staying on top of- anyone. It is inconceivable to me how a champion should be able to keep up with, let's say a Sona with Rylai's and Boots of Swiftness and mow her down. It reminds me of Yasuo's E, only Yas actually needs a minion wave to catch up with/get away from other champs. Fiora just lunges infinitely and it's obnoxious.

How is that hard to conceive?

Some champions in LoL are faster than others, just like some have better CC, AoE, or range than others. Seeing as Sona has better CC, AoE, and range than Fiora, Speed is not one of Sona's strong points, and Fiora is all about speed: It shouldn't surprise you Fiora is better at chasing Sona than Sona is at running.

Also, most mobility in LoL is set up to favor kills over survival. When 2 equally speedy champions go at it, the one doing the chasing will pretty much always catch the one doing the running. Otherwise no-kill games would be a lot more common.

Well she lacks aoe and only has one high cc single target cc, so yes, chasing is her strong suit. That and dueling, get over it.
