I feel like she is already shit tons strong. Let me know your opinion guys and explain why you picked that choice.

It's not really a buff tbh, there is practically no difference. It's bonus AD scaling to the same value at rank five, and seeing as you don't have much bonus AD early, and you max Q first, no real difference.

Keep in mind, its only early game BONUS AD meaning it wont have a huge impact. Fiora doesn't usually get her full item til around level 8-9 anyways, at which point its around the same as live anyways.

She doesn't need a buff but Riot has to attach a buff to the skin

Yes.

She's definitely not "shit tons" strong currently, look at her win rate and play rate. It's below average despite her play rate.
